Bassholmen guest harbour
In the midst of the beautiful passage of Nordströmmarna lies the idyllic Bassholmen with its cosy guest harbour. The entire island of Bassholmen is a nature reserve, known for its unique variation of Bohuslän’s nature. Here, you can leisurely stroll through the countryside, accompanied by playful calves, or visit the cultural treasure of Allmogebåtar. The guest harbour on the island offers basic amenities. There are toilets and showers available, as well as a sauna with a private bathing jetty that can be rented.
The entire island is a nature reserve with stunning scenery, located right in the heart of the Bohuslän archipelago. On the island, you’ll find the Föreningen Traditional Boats Museum. Every year, Bassholmendagen (Bassholmen Day) is celebrated here.
