Öckerö Hamn guest harbour

The guest harbour is located in the southwestern part of the fishing harbour and offers floating docks for secure mooring, catering to even the most discerning skipper. On the quay next to the guest harbour, there are excellent barbecue areas with fixed tables, grills, wind shelters, and beautiful plantings. If you want to enjoy a plate of shrimp with a glass of wine, the harbour’s café has you covered. There is also a state-of-the-art service building with free showers and toilets.
You can wake up early in the morning with a sunrise in the east and see the harbour slowly come to life. Maybe you take a refreshing swim from the bathing jetty at the harbour entrance before enjoying fresh-baked rolls from the harbour café. It is not uncommon to see the dry-docking of a larger vessel from the island yard, located opposite the harbour. During early spring evenings or late autumn days, you can enjoy a bath in the harbour’s wood-fired sauna at the harbour entrance. Öckerö’s west side offers fantastic hiking areas and some of the island’s truly beautiful bathing spots. The harbour is staffed with guest harbour hosts during peak season and weekends, who are ready to help with everything you need. We have a chapel and sailmaker’s workshop in Öckerö guest harbour.
