HSSS Käringön guest harbour
On Käringön, at the entrance of Vintergatsfjärden, there is the HSSS clubhouse with a guest harbour. There are docks with a minimum depth of 2.2 metres on the southern side, and entry is between red and green markers. On the northern side, there is a dock with a minimum depth of 2.7 metres. The harbour can accommodate a total of approximately 25 boats. Alongside docking is done on the southern side and with anchors on the northern side. The southern side is protected from all winds.
On the island, there is a newly built cottage with a kitchen and seating for approximately 20 people, and a glass-enclosed outdoor area with a pleasant sea view. There are also two guest cabins available for daily rental for members and guests, one with 2 beds and one with 4 beds, for 250 SEK. Bookings can be made at the harbour office at +46 70-2178603. Electricity and water are available at the docks on the southern side. There is a dry toilet, wood-fired sauna, shower, waste disposal area, and a large outdoor grill, as well as Wi-Fi. For children, there are swings, a sandbox, and a simpler bathing beach. Only payment by Swish is accepted.
